1. Return or exchange period: Customers can submit a return or exchange request within 14 days from the date of receiving the product.
2. Basic conditions for acceptance of the request:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, labels, and attached accessories must be present.
- Custom-made products (special detailing) are not accepted for return or exchange unless there is a proven manufacturing defect.
3. Shipping costs and fees:
- In case of a manufacturing defect or order error: the company bears all shipping and return costs.
- If the customer changes their mind: the customer does not bear any additional fees for returning the product.
4. Restocking fees:
Shelf Giants Company does not impose any restocking fees on returned products, meaning 0 SAR, as long as the conditions specified in this policy are met.
5. Cancellation policy:
- Before shipping: orders can be canceled within the first 24 hours of purchase free of charge.
- After shipping and before receipt: orders can be canceled for free, and we will bear all costs.
6. Refund method:
The refund process begins after receiving the product and inspecting its condition at the warehouse.
The amount will be refunded through the same payment method used for the order.
The refund process takes from 7 days to appear in the customer's account, depending on the intermediary bank.
7. Steps to submit a return or exchange request:
To start, please provide us with the following information:

- Clear photo of the product (in its current condition).
- Reason for return or exchange.
